Monday, December 18, 2023. Held in Aloha Stadium in Aiea, Oahu, Hawaii, Hawaii's 50th State Fair is somewhat different than most state fairs. Attendees will not find livestock or livestock auctions, and the fair is put on by a private company, E. K. Fernandez Shows, rather than a state or county board. The Oahu-based company produces carnivals.

Parking is $9 unless you come during the flea market hours then it's $2 or $1 for Kamaaina or military. The fair is small.. The workers seemed miserable and hated life, the rides were mediocre. The 50th state fair seems to only want to rob you of your hard earned dollar. Not like how it use to be when I was a kid. 2023 was a horrible.

50th State Fair, where kids have a blast and parents lose tons of money.. We spent $100 in 1.5 hours on admission, one corn on the cobb, games, 2 people on the merry-go-round, 2 people into the petting zoo and 1 cotton candy. It was fun for my 4 year old, but what a waste of money!
