Wash and cut squash. Boil until tender. Drain thoroughly. Then mash. Add all ingredients except 1/2 the butter and the ritz crackers. Pour mixture in baking dish. Spread ritz crackers over top, melt remaining butter and pour on top. Bake approx 1 hour until top is brown.
