Cut the vanilla pod and use a knife to scrape the seeds from the pod. Put the ingredients, and the vanilla pod, in a pot. Let the marmalade simmer for 20-25 minutes. Remove the foam when necessary. Use a spoon to crush the berries while you cook them. Remove the vanilla pod and pour the marmalade into clean glass jars. Let the marmalade cool down.
