Dump peaches into the dish, on top of the Bisquick mix. Sprinkle with crushed pineapple and cinnamon and sugar. Sprinkle with a little more brown sugar for good measure. Pinch off pieces of the dough to place on top of the apples. Don't worry about making it neat. Place in a 400 degree (preheated) oven and bake for 20 - 22 minutes or until golden brown. Remove and cool on a wire rack until it's cool enough to handle. (Warm cobbler is best so don't let it get to room temperature.)

In a medium bowl, stir together the baking mix and brown sugar. 2 cups Pioneer baking mix or Bisquick, 1 cup dark or light brown sugar. Add milk and stir until smooth and well combined. 1 cup milk. Pour over the filling in the baking dish. Bake at 400 for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown on top. Serve warm.
