OSRAM-Höfe 1935 übernahm die OSRAM GmbH KG den Standort an der Oudenarder Straße von der Bergmann Elektricitäts-Werke AG und verlegte anschließend einen großen Teil der Produktion in ihr neues „Werk B", die heutigen „OSRAM-Höfe". Das Unternehmen erweiterte den Baubestand um ein modernes Fabrikgebäude mit zwei Flügeln.
