Speaking of walking, Hobo Hotel is a quick jaunt to Stockholm Central Station (Aka T- Centralen), but also near the Royal Swedish Opera and Gamla Stan. It's not right on a bus or metro line, so you will have to walk ~5 minutes to connect to public transportation but overall, I think this is a great hotel location.
