I've had err004 in the same conditions you describe, about 2 or 3 times. Still functions. This is unusual and my og mightys (had 3) never showed errors sometimes that went away with a reboot. I think it's a quirk to the first gen mighty+ devices. They'll probably fix it for future models at some point.
