However - Sushi rice is soaked in an acidic bath before cooking, lowering its pH to no higher than 4.2. That stops the bacteria germinating.

Habe mal kühlregal sushi geholt, der reis war sehr weird, da mach ichs lieber selbst oder hols im restaurant.. Unser lokaler Lidl hatte keinen Tofu, ich habe daher vor ein paar Wochen der Filialleitung geschrieben und jetzt habe ich tatsächlich welchen im Laden entdeckt! Ich bin soo happy, yippie! ^.^
