2 oz tequila 1/2 oz vanilla liqueur 1 oz freshly squeezed lime juice 3/4 oz fig syrup (homemade or store-bought) Salt or sugar for the rim (I used a plum sugar) Fig for garnish Fig Syrup Ingredients: 1 cup fresh figs, stemmed and chopped 1 cup granulated sugar 1 cup water 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
