When we were just talking with her in the Hospital it made sense, but then we met her in nowhere and she said she was the same as the Puppet Nurses? Basically, she discovered that she only existed in the Otherworld because she was dead, and her spirit had been corrupted, just like the Puppet Nurses, and through that realization, she became a monster, just like the others.
