Ah, nice normal cookie ingredients. I like it. The dough after beating the eggs into the creamed butter and brown sugar. Putting in the cherry juice and milk. It turned the dough a pretty shade of pink! I tried to capture it here, but I think a need a better camera. Adding the chocolate.

Instructions. In a medium-sized pot, bring the water to a boil then add the salt and butter. Once the butter has melted, add in the Jim Dandy Quick Grits and stir until they are completely incorporated. Bring the mixture back to a boil, reduce the heat to low, and cover the pot. Cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
