Chicken Salad. tablespoon. teaspoon. teaspoon. In a large mixing bowl, toss the chicken and celery. Dressing: In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Taste for seasoning. Cover bread with the chicken salad. Place under broiler for about a minute, till heated but not bubbly. Remove and place bacon and cheese on top.
