Stir balsamic vinegar and honey together in a small saucepan and place over medium-high heat. Bring mixture to a boil, and then reduce heat to low. Keep checking the sauce, and stir every few minutes. Simmer until the vinegar mixture has reduced to ⅓ cup, or the sauce can coat the back of a spoon, about 20 minutes.

On a floured pizza peel, stretch or roll out the pizza dough into a 12-inch (30-cm) round. If the dough springs back, let it rest for about 10 minutes before continuing. Stretch pizza dough and parbake dough with garlic sauce on it for 7 minutes at 450 degrees F. Add fig and caramelized onion toppings to the parbaked pizza and finish baking for 10-12 minutes until crisp on the bottom. Remove the fig pizza from the oven and top with prosciutto and balsamic glaze. Enjoy!

Sprinkle half of the cheese over the fig jam. Sprinkle half of the prosciutto over the cheese. Slide the dough onto the preheated pizza stone and bake for six to seven minutes. Use a pair of long handled tongs to peek under pizza to see if it is properly browned. If your oven gets hotter than 500 degrees, it may cook in as little as five to six.

4. Then, rip small pieces of mozzarella cheese from the ball and scatter on the pizza. Add white cheddar cheese on the pizza, too. Then top with crispy prosciutto. Sprinkle flour on a flat surface area. Roll out the dough to the desired thickness. Transfer dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet. Roll up the edges of the dough to create a crust, and top with olive oil, brie and fig jam. Once the oven is preheated, bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.

Sprinkle the thyme, salt and pepper over the jam. Spread the caramelized onions over the jam. Sprinkle the cheese over the pizza. Place pizza back in oven for about 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Remove from oven and immediately lay prosciutto slices over the cheese. Scatter the arugula over the prosciutto and drizzle with balsamic reduction.

Place one dough ball onto floured parchment and press or roll into a 12 inch circle. Spread a thin layer of garlic cream sauce all over dough, about ½ cup, leaving a thin border for the crust. Next, add little spoonfuls of jam all over white sauce, about ¼ cup. Cover pizza with a layer of mozzarella and fontina, about a cup of each.
