More great info! Really appreciate the notes about taste. I think my game plan is going to be to make a more traditional Moon Pie cookie. A lot of those recipes on the internet include graham cracker crumbs, so I think I'm going to replace some of that volume with finely blitzed pretzels (omitting the potato chips) to get more of that toasty flavor, adjusting the salt as necessary.
