Cut the scones: Use a biscuit cutter to cut out the scones. The size of the cutter will determine the number of scones (a small cutter yields about 12, a larger one yields 8). Bake the scones: Place the scones on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake them for 15-18 minutes, or until golden and cooked through.

Fold in cranberries. Shape dough into a ball. Slightly flatten to about 1/2 inch in thickness. Cut into 4 quarters. Spray an air fryer with non-aerosol nonstick spray. Place scones in the air fryer, and spray with more nonstick spray. Set air fryer to 360ºF. Cook until golden brown and cooked through, 8-10 minutes. MAKES 4 SERVINGS.
