Spicy Mango Feta Mache Salad w/ red onions + lime dressing
Directions. Place the mango cubes into a serving bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk together the lime juice and olive oil. Season with red pepper flakes, cilantro, shallots, salt and pepper. Whisk briefly, then pour over the mangos. Stir to coat, then cover and refrigerate for about 30 minutes to blend the flavors before serving.

The mambo salad was a complete disappointment - it was supposed to be a mildly spicy version of a caesar salad. However, the dressing was very boring (too mayonaisey and a little too spicy ) and didn't have the complexity necessary to brighten up the flavors of the lettuce leaves.
