I wanted to create a super cool jello shot recipe to celebrate St. Paddy's Day that's truly delicious and not just about the green color. An adapted version of the Lucky Irishman cocktail dressed in emerald green seemed perfect!. I made these green jello shots without lime jello because it would be a sin to hide the wonderful smooth and sweet taste of Irish whiskey!
