This is one of the many reasons why we love Trader Joe's Cinnamon Coffee Cake. It's a light, moist cake made with sour cream, swirled with brown sugar, and topped generously with a classic cinnamon crumble—which really defines the whole coffee cake experience, if you ask us. Gotta love that crumble. This Coffee Cake is fantastic straight.

I liked it a lot: light, moist, heavy on the cinnamon-sugar. I spooned some generic Cool-Whip kind of stuff on top, and it was just right.
