Mel - March 29, 2022. I'd give this 4.5. When you go to a more authentic Italian restaurant, their bolognese is light on tomato and heavier on the wine flavor. The meat is minced pretty finely. It really surprised me how close this is to that. Of course it's not as rich with the ground turkey, but the flavors are there.
