Foggy Summer Beach Engagement | San Francisco, CA The fog was thick at Baker Beach, as it is most summer days in San Francisco, and it covered a good portion of the Golden Gate Bridge. One of the biggest advantages of a Baker Beach engagement session is the ability to capture the Bridge in your photographs. On clear days, the bridge is completely visible from the beach. It makes an incredible backdrop when combined with the sand and surf. It can be large or small in your photos, depending on which lens the photographer uses.

Overcast Baker Beach Engagement Photos. February 22, 2019. Couples,. More specifically Baker Beach near the presidio. I was hoping for some fun views of the bridge and photos with the waves. Baker Beach is one of my favorite places to view the Golden Gate from, as long as you stay south of the rocky section! I got to the beach a little early.

Baker Beach has a gorgeous view of the Golden Gate Bridge, a vast beach with golden sand and some pretty nature spots. According to the official SF Parks Conservancy page, you can also find harbor porpoises here! There's also a lot of serpentine to be spotted on the cliffs visible from Lincoln Boulevard, north of Baker Beach.

Baker Beach is one of the best places in the city for truly iconic San Francisco Bay Area engagement photos. It's certainly not the only beach in the city. Or the only place for stunning views of the Golden Gate Bridge. But it's one of the most popular places for a reason, and was the perfect fit for Joana and Craig.
