There will be over 70 arts and craft vendors selling all kinds of handmade and handcrafted goods. You will also find strawberry shortcake, strawberry pie.

Torrington Strawberry Festival A Success Story! We are very proud of this event, from its early roots a few short years ago to where we are today. It's truly hard to believe were only three years old! Below is a brief history of the festival and it it came into being.

The festival attracts over 6,000 people and hosts Northwest Connecticut's largest Arts & Crafts Fair with over 65 crafters from around the state present. We also serve over 1,000 Strawberry Shortcakes each year! The Torrington Oktoberfest takes place the last Saturday in September - following the German tradition.
